We continue to work hard to ensure that the health and well-being of our staff and customers is prioritised.
Our aim remains to maintain 2 metre distancing where possible.
Customers are asked to wear face coverings in line with government guidance.
Please use the hand sanitiser available at the store entrance.
Our store changing rooms remain closed - trying on of goods is not permitted.
We prioritise appointments which are limited to 45 minutes and are for purchasing only. Where possible we ask that only one adult accompanies one child. Where siblings require uniform, please make consecutive appointments, booking @ www.alleycatz.co.uk
We will now serve customers without appointments when the number of people in the store is below the maximum allowed at any one time.
Our returns and exchange policy is extended until the new term starts - these are processed through a separate entrance at the front of the store.
Returns are quarantined for 48 hours
