Returns

In Store: Items must be in original packaging, labels attached and items unused. Exchanges and refunds are valid for 28 days from date of purchase. This is extended from 1st July to 10th September as we encourage early purchase of Back to School items.

Online: Please return unwanted items for a refund within 28 days of purchase. Please reorder any replacements items. Items must be in original packaging, labels attached and items unused. Refunds are valid within 28 days from date of purchase- this is extended from 1st July to 10th September as we encourage early purchase of back to School items. NB You are responsible for the cost of your return unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect in which case ALLEYCATZ will reimburse your postage costs.

All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order acceptance policy below.

Order acceptance policy

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon the placing and confirming of your order. Due to the nature of personalised goods we cannot cancel an order after confirmation.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services Representatives.

The sales contract is therefore completed in England.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

UK based customers are entitled to a full refund of product (including postage) if the product is returned faulty. If the product is unwanted, please return within 28 days and we will refund the price paid for that product provided it is returned in good condition with all packaging & tags included. Personalised goods cannot be returned unless they are shown to be faulty - a full refund will be issued in this instance - Goods will be inspected upon receipt, and should an item appear genuinely faulty, either a replacement or refund will be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
